Urea UV-KINETIC

Urea UV-KINETIC

Intended Use:

Test for estimation of Urea in serum / plasma using UV-KINETIC method.

Introduction:

Urea is the end product of protein metabolism. It is synthesized in liver and transported to kidney for excretion. Increased Urea / Urea Nitrogen levels are associated with renal diseases as well as dehydration, gastrointestinal hemorrhage and diabetic coma. Decreased values are observed in some cases of severe liver diseases. Urea can be estimated in serum / plasma using UV-kinetic method.

Features:

  • Enzymatic Method Specific For Urea
  • Liquid Stable Reagents With Long Shelf Life
  • Fast Result
  • High Linearity
  • Suitable for Fully Automated Chemistry Analyzer
